Cancellation Policy

BOOKING CONFIRMATION/PAYMENT METHOD ON FILE *A valid credit card is required to schedule an appointment. If you do not receive an email confirmation, you did not book.* We will obtain your approval before performing or charging for work beyond the amount already authorized. Approval may be provided through a signed estimate, online acceptance, email or text message. Payment is due immediately upon completion of service. If the payment method is declined, you remain responsible for the full balance. COMPLIMENTARY DIAGNOSTIC WITH REPAIR For Waukesha County customers, the initial onsite visit is complimentary when you approve & schedule the recommended repair. If no additional service is needed, or you choose not to proceed, a diagnostic/service-call fee of $100 may be charged to the payment method on file. The complimentary visit does not include parts, completed repairs, extensive disassembly, water testing, towing, launch fees or service outside Waukesha Co. unless included in your written estimate. We will obtain your approval before performing additional billable work. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING Because DJ’s is a mobile service and reserves travel and appointment times, cancellations may be subject to a fee: * Less than 48 hours’ notice: A fee of $150 may be charged. * Same-day cancellation, missed appointment or inaccessible boat: A fee of $150 may be charged. A boat is considered inaccessible when our technician cannot reasonably reach or service it because the customer, keys, access instructions, etc.are unavailable. We will always waive fees for genuine emergencies. DJ’s may reschedule due to weather, unsafe conditions, traffic, technician availability or an earlier appointment running long. Customers will not be charged when DJ’s reschedules. Appointment times are approximate. Feel free to contact us for updates. TO COMPLETE YOUR BOOKING: By booking and accepting this policy, you authorize DJ’s Lake Country Boats and its payment processor to securely keep your payment method on file and charge it for: * Disclosed diagnostic, service calls, cancellation or missed-appointment fees; * Approved deposits and parts; * Approved labor and services; and * The remaining approved balance upon completion.
