Cancellation Policy
FREE ESTIMATE: For Waukesha County residents ONLY: Your first visit or "estimate visit" where a marine technician visits your home or the boat site to diagnose the problem is free when you book your follow up service. If you choose not to book a follow up service or a follow up service is not necessary, a nominal diagnostic charge or a trip charge may apply at the discretion of the technician. CANCELLATION POLICY: We understand that plans can change, and we strive to accommodate our customers' needs to the best of our ability. To ensure efficient scheduling and fairness to all parties involved, we have established the following cancellation policy: 1. Cancellations made 72 hours or more in advance of the scheduled service appointment will incur no penalty. Customers are entitled to a full refund or may reschedule their service without any additional charges. 2. Rescheduling requests made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled service appointment will be accommodated at no extra cost. Customers can reschedule their service for a later date/time without incurring any penalties. 3. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service appointment will result in a nominal convenience charge. However, the incurred charge can be applied towards a future service booking. 4. In the event of unforeseen circumstances or emergencies, we will review requests for cancellations or rescheduling on a case-by-case basis. Documentation or proof of the emergency may be required. 5. Any charges incurred due to late cancellations or rescheduling will be communicated to the customer and deducted from the total amount paid. The remaining balance, if any, can be used as credit towards a future service. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation regarding our cancellation policy.
